ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Understand customer requirements and pitch products/services.
2.Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales and customer support.
3.Convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
4.Resolve customer queries related to pricing, plans, and offers.
5.Handle customer objections and close deals professionally.
6.Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM.
7.Follow up with interested customers to ensure conversion.
8.Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
9.Follow company sales scripts, SOPs, and compliance guidelines.
10.Maintain high call quality and customer satisfaction scores.
