Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Assist customers with broadband connection issues, billing queries, and plan details.
  • Register service complaints and coordinate with the technical team.
  • Follow up with customers for complaint resolution and feedback.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM software.
  • Provide information about new offers, plans, and upgrades.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi & Basic English).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints politely.
  • Problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
