Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with broadband connection issues, billing queries, and plan details.
- Register service complaints and coordinate with the technical team.
- Follow up with customers for complaint resolution and feedback.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM software.
- Provide information about new offers, plans, and upgrades.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi & Basic English).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer complaints politely.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
