Handle customer calls (inbound & outbound) professionally
Resolve customer queries related to internet/broadband services
Retain customers who are planning to disconnect services
Provide accurate information about plans, offers, and services
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Good communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle customer objections
