JOB DETAILS
We seek a detail-oriented and organized customer support executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of handling customers, a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction, and a proven track record in managing customers efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
· Efficiently manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues submitted via email and ticketing system.
· Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer problems, ensuring a positive customer experience.
· Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information and resolve issues.
· Employ analytical thinking to identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
· Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, brainstorm solutions, and ensure consistent customer service.
