Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive cum Tour Guide who will assist travelers before and during their trips. The role involves handling customer queries, providing tour guidance, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting customers throughout their travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Query Resolution:

Resolve customer problems by clarifying issues, researching solutions, and providing appropriate answers or alternative options.

Customer Feedback Collection:

Actively collect feedback from customers after services and report insights to improve customer experience.

Inbound & Outbound Calls

Handle inbound calls from customers and make outbound calls to provide updates, confirmations, and travel assistance.

Tour Information Guidance

Guide customers with detailed information about their travel packages, itineraries, destinations, and activities.

Tour Communication Support

Maintain continuous communication with customers throughout their tour to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Tour Guide Responsibilities

Travel along with customers as a tour guide when required, assist them during the trip, provide destination information, and ensure all arrangements run smoothly.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (English, Telugu, Hindi preferred)
• Customer handling and problem-solving ability
• Friendly and professional personality
• Ability to travel with tour groups when required
• Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tour coordination
• Preferred QualificationAny Graduate
• Experience in travel, tourism, or customer support is an advantage
