We are hiring reliable and experienced farm labor for our dairy operation located in

1. Milking Labor (2 Positions)We are looking for experienced staff responsible for the care of our cows and the milking process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Milking Operations: Efficiently operate and clean milking machines.
• Hygiene: Ensure proper cleanliness of cows, the milking parlor, and all equipment before and after milking.
• Animal Handling: Safely and calmly handle and tie up cows.
• Schedule: Strictly adhere to the morning and evening milking schedules.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with cattle and milking equipment is essential.
• Must be willing to work split shifts (early morning and evening).

2. General / Agricultural Labor (2-5 Positions)These roles involve general farm maintenance and feed management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feeding: Prepare and distribute feed and fodder to all livestock on schedule.
• Cleaning: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the sheds, water troughs, and surrounding farm areas.
• Fodder/Field Work: Assist with agricultural tasks, including growing, cutting, and managing fodder.
• Maintenance: Assist with manure management and minor farm repairs/maintenance.

Requirements:

• Must be hardworking and physically fit.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather.
• Knowledge of operating farm machinery or tractors is a bonus.
