Debt Recovery Agent

Job Description:We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Debt Recovery Agents / Telecallers to join our team. The primary responsibility is to contact customers with overdue EMIs, remind them of pending payments, and ensure timely recovery of loan amounts in a professional and customer-friendly manner.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers with overdue EMI payments.
• Explain outstanding dues, loan details, and payment deadlines clearly.
• Follow up regularly through calls, messages, and emails to ensure payment.
• Maintain records of daily calls, customer responses, and recovery status.
• Resolve customer queries related to EMI, loan statement, or payment modes.
• Coordinate with field collection agents for on-ground recovery when required.
• Achieve monthly recovery targets as assigned.
• Handle customers politely and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Skills & Requirements:0–3 years of experience in Debt Recovery / Telecalling (Collections).
• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English (as applicable).
• Ability to handle pressure and negotiate professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge for updating call logs and customer data.
• Must be disciplined, target-oriented, and confident in communication.
• Education:10th / Intermediate / Graduate – Any stream.
