Debt Collection Telecaller

A Debt Collection Telecaller is responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments

to negotiate repayments and recover outstanding funds while strictly following legal and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments
• Negotiate and set up suitable repayment plans
• Maintain accurate records of calls, payments, and customer commitments
• Handle customer queries and resolve disputes professionally
• Follow up regularly to ensure timely payments

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly
• Good problem-solving and convincing ability
• Basic computer knowledge for record keeping

Experience:

• Prior experience in telecalling, collections, or customer service preferred

Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
