Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures (four-handed dentistry)
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Set up treatment rooms before procedures and clean afterward
- Take and develop dental X-rays (if certified)
- Greet and prepare patients for treatment
- Ensure patient comfort and address concerns
- Record patient medical histories and treatment notes
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients
- Manage dental supplies and inventory
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Schedule appointments and assist with front-desk duties as needed
