Job SummaryWe are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube to generate leads, sales, and brand awareness for our multiple businesses.
The candidate will handle digital campaigns for:
• Glasswings Events & Membership Community
• Raiwings E-commerce & Travel Projects
• Medical Equipment Sales
• Online Doctor Consultation Services
The role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media AdvertisingPlan and run paid campaigns on:
• Facebook Ads
• Instagram Ads
• Retargeting campaigns
• Lookalike audiences
• Lead generation ads
• WhatsApp conversion campaigns
Focus on:
• Event ticket sales (Glasswings)
• Membership acquisition
• Medical equipment leads
• Doctor consultation bookings
2. Google Ads ManagementCreate and optimize campaigns for:
• Google Search Ads
• Google Display Ads
• YouTube Ads
• Google Performance Max campaigns
• Local service ads (for doctor consultations)
3. Lead Generation & Sales FunnelsDesign digital funnels for:
• WhatsApp lead generation
• Website conversions
• Appointment booking
• E-commerce product sales
Integrate with:
• Landing pages
• WhatsApp automation
• CRM systems
4. Campaign OptimizationMonitor and improve campaign performance:
• Cost per lead (CPL)
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Conversion rate
• Click-through rate (CTR)
Daily optimization of ad sets and targeting.
5. Audience Targeting & StrategyDevelop audience strategies including:
• Interest targeting
• Behaviour targeting
• Retargeting
• Lookalike audiences
Different strategies for:
• Events audience
• Healthcare patients
• Doctors & hospitals
• B2B medical equipment buyers
6. Creative CoordinationWork with design team to create:
• Ad creatives
• Video ads
• Reels ads
• Banner ads
• YouTube ads
Suggest high-converting creatives and hooks.
7. Analytics & ReportingTrack campaign performance using:
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads Dashboard
• Google Analytics
• Conversion tracking tools
Submit weekly performance reports including:
• Ad spend
• Leads generated
• Cost per lead
• Revenue generated
Required Skills
• Experience running Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Experience managing Google Ads & YouTube Ads
• Understanding of conversion tracking & pixels
• Knowledge of lead generation funnels
• Strong understanding of audience targeting
• Basic knowledge of landing pages & sales funnels
Preferred Skills
• Experience in events marketing
• Experience in healthcare marketing
• Experience with WhatsApp automation
• Basic knowledge of SEO
QualificationPreferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Digital Marketing
OR
• Digital marketing certification
Experience:
• 1 – 3 years experience in paid advertising
• Cost per lead
