Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview: As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will be the engine behind our online presence. You’ll be responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns, managing our social footprint, and ensuring our brand stays top-of-mind for our target audience. We’re looking for someone who loves to experiment, obsesses over engagement metrics, and knows how to turn a "click" into a "customer."

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

• Content Creation: Design and oversee the creation of engaging content (blogs, videos, graphics) for our website and social media channels.

• Social Media Growth: Maintain and grow our presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) while engaging with our community.

• Performance Tracking: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics to assess against KPIs and ROI.

• SEO & Traffic: Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine optimization to drive organic growth.

• Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. (Freshers also Can Apply For Paid Internship)

• Tech Stack: Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

• Creative Tools: Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a major plus.

• Analytical Mindset: You don’t just report numbers; you find the "why" behind the data.

• Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.

• Education: Any Graduation.
