Lead a team of advisors to grow insurance sales through digitally

Should be good with digital platform likes working on zoom meeting and using Apps

Hiring criteria and specifications:

• Must be graduate
• Age: maximum 35-40 years
• Agency sales experience of 1+years is preferred , if not then BFSI will work
• Should have earned incentive in past sales experience 

About the role:

• WFH in first half & WFO in second half everyday
• We will provide them TABS to work with along woth STAT of ART DIgital Apps to work with . 
• Recruitment leads will be provided to them for Recruitment and build their team 
• Sales expert will help them close the sales calls in field (So it is a relationship management role along with sales assistance to advisor).
