Duty Manager

Overview:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant nail salon bar. You'll be key in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service, our team works efficiently, and the salon maintains its high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

* Team Leadership & Support: Supervise and support nail technicians and front desk staff, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery. This includes creating work schedules, providing guidance, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

€ • Daily Operations Management: Manage day-to-day salon activities such as scheduling appointments, managing booking systems, and ensuring adequate staff coverage. Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure all salon policies are followed.

 • Customer Experience: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure a positive client experience and build loyalty. ‚ • Inventory & Supplies: Monitor salon supplies and products, maintain inventory records, and place orders as needed to prevent shortages

. ƒ • Hygiene & Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment at all times.

„ • Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

… • Reporting: Assist with preparing and maintaining sales and inventory reports, and contribute to financial monitoring.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a salon or customer service leadership role.

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
