E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-commerce Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage and grow online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, campaign execution, and improving overall online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Create, update, and optimize product content (titles, descriptions, images, keywords)
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to avoid stock-outs
• Track daily orders, returns, and customer queries
• Execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts on marketplaces
• Analyze sales performance and generate reports
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment
• Ensure platform compliance and resolve listing issues
