Job Description
- Assess student profiles to suggest suitable countries, universities, and courses.
- Offer expert advice on admissions processes for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.
- Review and improve students’ SOPs, LORs, and resumes.
- Manage complete admission cycles for multiple students.
- Coordinate with university representatives and admission teams.
- Stay updated on changes in visa rules and education policies.
- Handle complex queries related to scholarships, tuition fees, and living expenses.
- Guide students through standard tests like IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, PTE.
- Assist in documentation for applications and visa filing.
- Prepare students for visa interviews with mock sessions.
- Counsel students and parents on financial planning and loan options.
- Organize and attend education fairs, seminars, and webinars.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions.
- Maintain a high conversion rate from leads to admissions.
- Handle walk-ins, inbound calls, and online inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records using CRM or Excel trackers.
- Provide timely follow-ups and updates to students.
- Mentor junior consultants when required.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end support until student departure.
