Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and proactive Event Manager to join our team for managing banquet hall operations and client coordination. The ideal candidate should be excellent at communication, confident in handling leads and calls, and capable of overseeing events smoothly from start to finish.

The candidate will be responsible for attending and managing events at our banquet halls on event days. On non-event days, they will focus on lead follow-ups, client communication, and collecting feedback to support business growth and customer satisfaction from there home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate banquet hall events on-site

• Attend events and ensure smooth execution during the event

• Handle incoming leads, client inquiries, and phone calls

• Follow up with potential clients and maintain lead records

• Collect customer feedback after events

• Maintain strong communication with clients before, during, and after events

• Support overall customer relationship management

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong ability to handle client calls and follow-ups professionally

• Ability to manage events calmly and efficiently

• Organized, responsible, and customer-focused

• Comfortable working in a hybrid role

Preferred Qualities:

• Positive attitude and pleasing personality

• Good coordination and problem-solving skills

• Prior experience in events, hospitality, sales, or client handling is a plus

Salary potential - Upto 25k
