Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in import/export operations or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Senior Sales & Procurement Manager


  • Manage and coordinate import and export activities, overseeing the entire process from documentation to delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade policies, facilitating timely and compliant transactions.
  • Analyze market trends and optimize trade strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage and coordinate import and export activities.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and policies.
  • Handle documentation related to import/export shipments.
  • Coordinate with shipping agencies, customs brokers, and freight forwarders.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
  • Resolve any issues related to customs clearance or shipment delays.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on import/export activities and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and related documentation.



  • Ensure proper administration of policy, practice, and procedure regarding travel, payroll, expense reporting and reimbursement, facilities management, information technology administration
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align procurement objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Defining an integrated sales and marketing strategy. Evaluate and close the best opportunities for the property based on market conditions and property needs
  •  Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance
  • Ensure sales proposals are submitted, followed up and customer payments are received in accordance with the terms of the contract
  • Ensure customer service expectations, both direct and indirect, are being met, including selling interactions, Customer Service Desk (CSD) service standards, and after sales service
  • Lead teams to deliver objectives, including sales, credit card acquisitions and all corporately approved initiatives
  • Lead all activities related to the customer service desk, including customer service standards and corporately approved initiatives
  • Direct all activities related to Catalogue and online orders within the store and work with the Service Desk Manager to promote the Direct business
  • Ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Supervise and mentor the purchasing team.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct supplier performance evaluations.


 Work with third party meeting planners to uncover new business and establish new accounts by attending industry wide events, to include tradeshows, sales mission trips, conventions, and other industry related events
