Role Overview

• The Field Executive will be responsible for conducting field visits to customers with overdue payments, negotiating settlements, and ensuring timely recovery of debts. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, compliance awareness, and the ability to handle sensitive customer situations professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers for debt recovery across assigned locations.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements in line with company policies.
• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company compliance standards, and ethical recovery practices.
• Maintain accurate records of recovery activities and submit daily/weekly reports.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the Team Leader/Manager.
• Build and maintain respectful relationships with customers to encourage repayment.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly recovery targets.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage field operations
• Knowledge of debt recovery processes and compliance standards
• Discipline, accountability, and customer-handling ability
• Willingness to travel across Hyderabad and rural Telangana

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt recovery (mandatory)
• DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification preferred
• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification desirable
• Familiarity with local languages (Telugu/Hindi/English)
