• 💼 Job Role: Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive🔹 ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain loan products:
• Unsecured Business Loans, Term Loans, Working Capital, Home Loan BT + Top-Up, Mortgage Loans.
• Understand customer requirements and share suitable product options.
• Generate leads, schedule follow-ups, and maintain daily call reports.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• 🎯 RequirementsAny qualification acceptable.
• Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi, English preferred).
• Basic understanding of loans is an advantage (training will be provided).
• Should be target-oriented, hardworking, and committed.
