🔍 Job Role: Female Telesales Executive – Qlead Sales Team

We are hiring female telesales professionals who are fluent in Hindi and English, and passionate about engaging with customers and driving results. This is a work-from-office role only at our Ameerpet location.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain Qlead’s value proposition.
• Handle inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns and follow up effectively.
• Maintain and update the CRM with detailed call notes and lead status.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide feedback to marketing to improve lead generation and targeting strategies.
• Participate in regular training and team meetings to enhance performance.

✅ Requirements:

• Only Female Candidates
• Work from Office Only – No remote or hybrid option
• Fluent in Hindi and English – Mandatory
• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or outbound BPO processes.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRMs.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; preference for candidates with a background in sales or marketing.
