Field Collection Executive

Visiting clients to recover overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, resolving disputes, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to company policies and legal guidelines, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and independent work skills, plus reliable transport.

Key Responsibilities

BIKE IS MANDATORY

• Payment Collection: Visit customers (often on-site) to collect outstanding payments and dues.
• Negotiation: Negotiate payment arrangements, settlements, and repayment schedules with clients.
• Customer Relations: Handle customer complaints, resolve payment-related issues, and maintain positive relationships.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, accurate records of all collection activities, transactions, and customer interactions.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on collection progress, status, and problematic accounts.
• Compliance: Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and relevant debt collection laws.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate complex payment issues or discrepancies to internal teams.
