📝 Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Debt Collection Field Executive to manage overdue payment collections across Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers in person, recovering pending EMIs, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional conduct.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Visit customers to recover overdue payments and pending EMIs.
• Negotiate and arrange repayment plans with delinquent customers.
• Achieve monthly collection targets and minimize outstanding accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of field visits and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Submit daily/weekly collection reports to management.
• Handle customer queries and maintain good customer relationships.
• ✅ Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in field collections or recovery preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
• Knowledge of Hyderabad areas.
• Basic understanding of EMI/loan recovery process.
