Field Executive - DRA

Job Summary

We are looking for a DRA-certified Field Executive to handle field-level debt recovery activities. The role involves visiting customers, following up on overdue payments, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professional conduct and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

• Key Responsibilities
• Visit customers in assigned areas for loan/EMI recovery
• Follow up on overdue and delinquent accounts
• Collect payments and submit them as per company process
• Maintain accurate daily visit and collection reports
• Build positive communication with customers to resolve dues
• Ensure recovery activities comply with RBI and company guidelines
• Coordinate with the backend and reporting manager regularly
• Eligibility Criteria

• DRA Certificate is compulsory
• Minimum basic education (as per company policy)
• Prior field recovery experience preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Willingness to work in the field and travel locally
• Preferred CandidateMale candidates preferred
• Local area knowledge will be an advantage
• Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 (performance-based)
