Finance Manager

Location is Outside India: Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo

This is an extremely demanding role that requires an individual who will understand the need for sound financial Management and financial controls.

Key duties and responsibilities

Lead all financial operations-Payment Process of Bank and Cash along with LC checking 

Updating of expenses in the Budget, Risk and Financial controls management

Lead the Preparation of financial reports and ensure they are submitted to the Head Office within the required period.

Sales Collection to follow-up

Ensure all taxes are paid on time.

Manage safe keeping of all finance related documents and records archival

Lead the audit with external auditor

Manage intercompany loan transactions, Bank loans and investments.

Participate in high level decisions about funds allocation and strategic planning with Finance department Nairobi

Ensure all reconciliations i.e., debtors, creditors, bank and petty cash to ensure accuracy of information

Manage stock taking process to ensure all records on the system are aligned with the physical stock on site

Manage the fixed asset register

Participate in follow up for Loan Draw down and other investing activities

 Auditing all receivables e.g., sales

Consistently maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity at all times.

Participate in cash flow projections and planning of daily activities

Any other responsibility assigned by management.
