Food and Nutrition Expert

We are a fast-growing food-tech startup developing an innovative healthy soup product under the brand Steamybowl™. This is a hands-on R&D support role, ideal for someone who wants to grow with a startup from the beginning. The work involves experimentation, testing, documentation, and coordination across multiple development areas like soups, pods, patents, and machine improvement. We are looking for a committed, disciplined, and highly responsible person who is genuinely interested in learning, following instructions carefully, and helping us build a new food product from scratch. This is NOT a typical office job—this is a product development role where your dedication and honesty are extremely important.

1. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Soup Preparation & R&D Support

2. Conduct small-batch testing only after company approval of formulas.

3. Measure, mix, and prepare test samples based on provided recipes.

2. Maintain detailed R&D logs including:

1. Ingredients

2. Measurements

3. Batch numbers

4. Dissolving time

5. Taste evaluation

6. Recommendations

7. Procure raw materials within the company’s approved budget.

8. Submit all developed formulas and records to the company.

3. Pullulan Pods R&D Support

1. Assist in Pullulan pod preparation based on company instructions.

2. Support shaping, drying, and testing pods.

3. Document pod performance and maintain a sample record.

4. Trademark & Patent Coordination (Non-Legal)

1. Prepare documents, forms, and data required by the company’s IP lawyer.

2. Track status of trademark and patent applications.

3. Maintain IP-related folders and filing calendars.

4. Provide updates and follow-ups as required.

5. Machine Development Support

1. Assist with documentation related to machine improvements.

2. Maintain test logs, issues, observations, and suggestions.

3. Coordinate with vendors or consultants as instructed.

4. Support non-technical admin tasks for machine development.

6. Documentation & Administrative Support

1. Organise all files related to soups, pods, patents, trademarks, suppliers, and visa documentation.

2. Prepare PDFs, Word files, presentations, and reports.

3. Maintain Google Drive folder structure and naming systems.

4. Conduct market research (UK, Dubai, India) as instructed.

5. Follow up with suppliers and consultants when required.

7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

1. You must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before starting work.

2. All work produced—formulas, documents, pods, R&D notes, data, drawings, and ideas—is 100% the property of Steamybowl™.

3. You may not share or reproduce any company information with external parties.

4. All work done under this role is considered “Work for Hire”, meaning the company owns full rights.

8. Compensation

Salary: ₹16,000 per month

(Paid monthly as mutually agreed)

9. Any raw material or travel expense will be reimbursed against bills with prior approval.
