Job Description

Job Title: Franchise Development Team Leader

About the RoleGogaga Holidays is looking for a highly confident and result-driven Franchise Development Team Leader who will not only close franchise deals but also lead and mentor a small sales team to achieve aggressive expansion targets.

This role combines individual franchise sales responsibility + team leadership + revenue ownership.


🔹 Core Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Individual Franchise Sales (Primary Responsibility)

  • Call and convert company-provided franchise leads.
  • Present franchise model, investment structure, ROI potential, and business benefits.
  • Assess financial capability and business seriousness of prospects.
  • Handle objections and close high-value franchise deals.
  • Achieve personal monthly franchise targets.


Team Leadership & Performance Management :

  • Lead and monitor a team of franchise sales executives.
  • Assign daily calling targets and ensure disciplined follow-ups.
  • Conduct daily performance reviews and motivate the team.
  • Guide team members on objection handling and closing strategies.
  • Train new team members on franchise pitch and sales process.
  • Ensure team achieves collective monthly franchise sales targets.


High-Value Franchise Sales Handling

  • Handle and close high-ticket franchise deals (investment value above ₹1,00,000).
  • Confidently pitch premium franchise packages to serious business investors.
  • Engage with decision-makers and financially capable prospects.
  • Justify ROI, revenue model, and long-term profitability to prospects.
  • Handle complex objections related to investment risk and returns.
  • Ensure proper documentation and payment follow-up for high-value closures.
  • Maintain strong professionalism while dealing with premium clients.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets in addition to unit sales targets.



Strategy & Reporting:

  • Track lead status, conversions, and revenue metrics.
  • Share daily/weekly sales reports with management.
  • Identify gaps in conversion funnel and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Support management in franchise expansion planning.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Mandatory fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in franchise sales / business development / high-ticket sales.
  • Prior experience in leading a sales team preferred.
  • Strong target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and push team performance.
