Hiring for Franchise Sales Associate (Commission Based, Not Salary Based)

  • Work on commission-only model; income depends on successful client onboarding and revenue generated.
  • Act as the local relationship manager between Wow Work India® and onboarded businesses/clients.salesforce+1​

HR Recruitment Business Onboarding

Main Objective: Bring companies/consultancies to use Wow Work India® for their recruitment needs.zigsaw+1​

Key Work Descriptions:

  • Identify and approach companies, HR managers, consultancies, start-ups, and SMEs needing recruitment support (online/offline).taggd+1​
  • Explain Wow Work India® recruitment services, pricing, process flow, and commission structure clearly to decision-makers.
  • Collect client requirements (JDs, salary, location, number of positions, timelines) and register them in the company CRM/portal.smartrecruiters+1​
  • Coordinate basic agreement / MoU execution and ensure all documents and approvals are completed for onboarding.
  • Hand over approved mandates to internal recruitment team and track progress till closure and payment.

Team Digital Marketing Business Onboarding

Main Objective: Onboard businesses who need digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Performance Ads, Branding, etc.).oviond+1​

  • Prospect local and online businesses (coaching institutes, clinics, traders, retailers, start-ups, professionals) who want leads/branding through digital marketing.touchstay+1​
  • Present digital marketing service packages, explain benefits, deliverables, timelines, and reporting methods.
  • Complete onboarding formalities: proposal, package selection, agreement, initial payment coordination, access to pages/accounts.tabular+1​

  • Onboard these media partners into Wow Work India® network with clear rate cards, categories, and locations.
  • Identify businesses who want print / electronic / social media promotions and match them with suitable media options.
  • Support in preparing media plans, quotations, and campaign schedules and get approvals from clients.
  • Ensure all campaign-related paperwork, content approvals, and payment confirmations are completed before launch.oviond+1​

State & Central Govt. Compliance Works Onboarding

  • Identify businesses, contractors, and professionals who require registration, licenses, renewals, or compliance support (PF, ESI, GST, Shops & Establishments, Labour, etc.).spotterful+1​
  • Explain Wow Work India® or partner service scope for compliances, documentation requirements, timelines, and fee structure.
  • Collect KYC, business documents, authorization letters, and application data from the client and submit to back-office / partner consultants.peoplemanagingpeople+1​
  • Track each compliance file status and keep the client updated on progress, queries, and approvals.
