Job Title: Franchise Sales Manager

About the RoleGogaga Holidays is looking for a highly confident, persuasive, and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager to drive franchise expansion.

This role requires a strong communicator who can confidently interact with potential investors, explain business models clearly, build trust, and close high-value franchise deals. The ideal candidate must be target-driven, energetic, and skilled at converting qualified leads into successful franchise partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Calling & Conversion:

  • Make professional outbound calls to company-provided franchise leads.
  • Present the Gogaga Holidays franchise model, investment details, ROI potential, and business benefits.
  • Assess prospects’ financial readiness and business intent.
  • Handle objections smartly and close franchise deals confidently.
  • Conduct virtual or direct presentations when required.


Sales & Target Achievement:

  • Achieve monthly franchise acquisition targets consistently.
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline for maximum conversion ratio.
  • Track and update lead status in CRM / reports.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.


Communication & Relationship Management:

  • Build trust-based, long-term relationships with prospective franchisees.
  • Guide prospects throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Represent Gogaga Holidays with professionalism and confidence.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to the operations/support team post-closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory Exceptional fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

  • Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, tele-sales, or high-ticket sales.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to engage high-value investors with clarity and confidence.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong accountability.
  • Experience in travel industry (preferred but not mandatory).
