We aren't looking for a standard salesperson; we are looking for a Business Consultant who can pitch dreams and deliver ROI. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new franchise partners by selling a proven, high-profit business model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investor Pitching: Conduct high-level consultations with potential investors to explain the Gogaga Holidays franchise model, ROI projections, and market potential.
• Lead Conversion: Convert warm, company-provided leads into successful franchise owners through persistent follow-ups and expert negotiation.
• Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle—from the first discovery call to the final contract signing and payment collection.
• Strategic Reporting: Use CRM tools to track lead journeys and provide weekly growth insights to the management team.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• The Closer Persona: You have 2+ years of experience in Franchise Sales, Real Estate, Insurance, or Luxury Sales.
• Multilingual Mastery: You must be highly fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English to handle a diverse investor base.
• Financial Literacy: Ability to explain break-even points, profit margins, and investment scales clearly.
• Energy: A "hunter" mindset with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding high-value targets.
