Job Title: Relationship Manager – Franchise Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly confident, persuasive, and experienced Relationship Manager to drive franchise sales for Gogaga Holidays.

The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills in both Telugu and English, strong convincing abilities, and the confidence to convert high-value leads into successful franchises.

This role demands a sharp communicator who understands how to speak with prospective investors, build trust, and close deals consistently while achieving monthly sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Calling & Conversion

  • Make professional outbound calls to potential franchise leads provided by the company.
  • Deliver compelling presentations on the Gogaga Holidays franchise model, investment details, benefits, and revenue opportunities.
  • Understand the prospect’s interests and financial readiness, and influence them toward franchise acquisition.
  • Handle objections smartly and confidently to convert leads into confirmed franchises.


Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly franchise sales targets with a high level of consistency.
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline to ensure maximum conversions.
  • Track lead status, maintain detailed records, and report daily/weekly progress to management.


Communication & Relationship Management

  • Build trust-based relationships with prospective franchisees through clear, fluent, and engaging communication.
  • Provide complete support and information throughout the franchise onboarding journey.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and confidence at all times.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Exceptional fluency in Telugu, Hindi and English
  • Strong persuasive abilities with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, franchise sales, business development, or tele-sales.
  • Ability to engage high-value prospects with confidence and clarity.
  • Must possess a natural knack for talking, influencing, and driving decisions.
  • Target-driven personality with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Pretty Good Incentives as well
