Franchise Sales Team Leader

Job Overview:

Gogaga Holidays is looking for a highly confident and result-driven Franchise Sales Team Leader to drive franchise expansion.

The candidate will be responsible for handling high-ticket franchise sales (₹1L+ investment deals) and leading a small team to achieve monthly sales targets. The role requires strong communication, convincing ability, and the confidence to convert serious business investors into successful franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Sales & Lead Conversion:

• Call and follow up with company-provided franchise leads.
• Present Gogaga Holidays franchise model, investment details, and revenue opportunities.
• Convert qualified prospects into confirmed franchise partners.
• Handle high-ticket sales deals above ₹1,00,000.

Team Leadership :

• Lead and guide a team of franchise sales executives.
• Monitor daily calling targets and team performance.
• Train team members on sales pitch and objection handling.
• Ensure team achieves monthly franchise sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with potential franchise investors.
• Provide complete support during franchise onboarding.
• Maintain professionalism and trust with all prospects.

Reporting & Sales Tracking

• Maintain lead records and follow-up updates.
• Share daily and weekly sales reports with management.
• Track conversions and improve sales performance. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in franchise sales / business development Sales / high-ticket sales/ ed-tech sales .
• Prior experience in leading a sales team preferred.
• Strong target-driven mindset.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and push team performance.
