Salary: ₹2,40,000 – ₹2,80,000 per annum

We are looking for a courteous, well-groomed, and service-oriented Front Office Executive – Spa Operations to manage guest interactions and ensure a seamless spa journey from arrival to departure.


Job Summary

The Front Office Executive – Spa Operations will be the first point of contact for spa guests and will be responsible for appointment management, guest handling, billing, coordination with therapists, and ensuring a calm, professional, and welcoming spa environment.


Key Responsibilities

Guest Handling & Spa Front Desk Operations

Welcome spa guests warmly and create a calm, premium first impression

Manage spa appointments, walk-ins, rescheduling, and cancellations accurately

Explain spa treatments, packages, memberships, and promotions clearly to guests

Guide guests through pre-treatment consultation forms and consent procedures

Coordinate with therapists to ensure timely start and smooth flow of treatments

Handle guest queries regarding therapies, duration, pricing, and aftercare instructions

Manage guest flow between reception, changing rooms, and treatment areas

Maintain complete, confidential guest records and treatment histories

Handle spa billing, package redemptions, vouchers, and payments accurately

Upsell therapies, upgrades, retail products, and memberships in a subtle, service-oriented manner

Address guest feedback or complaints immediately and escalate to Spa Manager when required

Ensure spa reception area is always clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards

Coordination & Service Delivery

Coordinate closely with therapists, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for room readiness and hygiene

Follow up on guest requests and ensure timely resolution

Support smooth transitions between treatments and minimize guest waiting time

Billing, Cash & Administration

Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately as per SOP

Maintain daily appointment logs, shift handover notes, and spa reports

Ensure all documentation is complete and maintained as per audit standards

Standards, Hygiene & Compliance

Ensure compliance with spa SOPs, hygiene protocols, and safety standards

Uphold grooming, service etiquette, and brand guidelines at all times

Maintain cleanliness and organization of front office and waiting areas


Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in front office / spa reception / wellness operations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving ability

Proficiency in basic computer applications and billing systems

Well-groomed, professional appearance and pleasant personality

Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
