Hiring – Grievance Handling Executive | Trivial Chapter

Welcome to Trivial Chapter, a Portugal-based organization ,we are currently looking for experienced professionals to join our Grievance Handling / Customer Support Team.

Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for handling and resolving client grievances. 

Our clients are individuals who sign up with us for overseas opportunities, and the role requires maintaining professional communication while addressing their concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle grievances and escalations from signed-up clients.

• Communicate with clients in a professional manner.

• Manage difficult or nuisance clients and maintain office discipline.

• Ensure all client concerns are addressed according to company policies and legal norms.

• Maintain proper documentation and follow legal terms and conditions while resolving issues.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English communication skills.

• Prior experience in customer support or grievance handling.

• Knowledge of legal norms, terms, and conditions will be an added advantage.

• Ability to manage escalations calmly and professionally.

Job Details:

• Work Mode: Work from Office

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

• Incentives: Performance-based
