Head Mechanic / Technical Service Supervisor

Job Title: Head Mechanic / Technical Trainer (Automobile – Cars & Bikes)

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor a large group of mechanics (up to 100 trainees) on automobile repair and maintenance
• Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions for cars and two-wheelers
• Demonstrate hands-on work including engine repair, servicing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Develop and implement structured training programs and schedules
• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Ensure discipline, safety, and proper workshop practices during training
• Handle and manage large groups effectively in a training environment
• Maintain training records and reports
• Stay updated with latest automobile technologies and service practices
• Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience in automobile repair (cars & bikes)
• Expertise in engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical systems
• Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics and use of tools (OBD scanners, etc.)
• Experience in training, mentoring, or team handling
• Ability to manage and train large groups (up to 100 people)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good discipline, grooming, and professional appearance
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Knowledge of BS6 norms and basic EV concepts
