Job Title: Help Desk Executive (MyGate Operator)

Department: Administration / Maintenance

🎯 Job Purpose

To manage resident complaints, visitor approvals, and maintenance requests through the My Gate Application.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage complaints raised on MyGate.
  • Assign complaints to maintenance staff via app.
  • Track complaint status and ensure timely closure.
  • Handle resident queries related to MyGate usage.
  • Approve/coordinate move-in & move-out requests.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports from MyGate dashboard.
  • Update notices and announcements in the app.
  • Coordinate with MyGate support team if technical issues arise.

🛠 Skills Required

  • Knowledge of MyGate dashboard
  • Basic computer & smartphone handling
  • Good communication skills
  • Record management ability
