Position: Middle School Hindi Teacher

Job Summary:

The Middle School Hindi Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and effective Hindi language instruction to students in Grades 6 to 8. The role focuses on developing students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills while fostering an appreciation for Hindi language and literature.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Hindi lessons aligned with the school curriculum.

• Develop students’ proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in Hindi.
• Create an engaging classroom environment that promotes active learning.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback to support student improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methods, including activities, storytelling, and digital tools.
• Encourage participation in cultural and literary activities related to Hindi.
• Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers for curriculum planning and academic improvement.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi or related field.

• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
• Prior teaching experience in middle school preferred.
• Strong command of Hindi language and grammar.
• Skills Required:Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Creativity in lesson planning and delivery
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of educational technology
