Job Description
- Conduct rigorous inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the "Gold Standard" of cleanliness before being released to the Front Office.
- Assign daily room quotas, manage shift rotations, and provide hands-on training for new hires on chemical safety and cleaning techniques.
- Monitor stock levels of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities and coordinate with the respective team for reordering.
- Reporting any mechanical issues, stains, or damage to the team immediately.
