ob Title: HR Executive / Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Call and coordinate with candidates for various job openings
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews as per company requirements
• Ensure maximum candidate placement for assigned positions
• Follow up with candidates till joining and maintain closure status
• Maintain candidate data and daily recruitment reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and placement targets

Requirements:

• Any graduate
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to handle high-volume calling
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach
• Prior recruitment experience is an added advantage

• Timings - 12-8 PM
• 6 days working
• sundays are working (will get additional week days off)
