Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interviews, onboarding  

Maintain and update HR policies and procedures  

Ensure proper documentation of employee records and contracts  

Conduct performance evaluations and manage exit interviews  

Promote a positive work environment and organize internal team activities  

Address employee relations, queries, and feedback  

Assist with employee training and development plans  

Stay updated with labor law compliance and HR best practices  

Payroll:

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time  

Maintain payroll records and handle salary revisions, deductions, bonuses  

Coordinate with finance/accounting to ensure correct tax and statutory deductions

Handle employee benefits administration (leave, reimbursements, etc.)  

Generate payslips and resolve payroll-related queries  

Ensure payroll compliance with local labor and tax laws  

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar  

2–3 years of experience in HR and payroll roles  

Strong organizational and communication skills  

Attention to detail and confidentiality with sensitive data  

Familiarity with HRMS/payroll tools  

Bonus Skills:

Experience in tech environments
