HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Business Development (50%):

• Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new client partnerships with companies needing our recruitment services.
• Leverage your HR network and expertise to consult with potential clients on their talent challenges, positioning our agency as the solution.
• Develop compelling proposals and deliver pitches to key decision-makers (CHROs, Hiring Managers, Founders).
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential client opportunities.

2. Internal HR & Talent Acquisition

• Act as the internal HR Business Partner for Support Quad, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for all our open roles (mainly support staff).
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to our agency.
• Refine onboarding processes to ensure a stellar candidate and new hire experience.
• Provide foundational HR support, including policy guidance, performance management coordination, and employee engagement initiatives for our internal team.
