Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter / HR Manager to oversee all HR-related activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, payroll coordination, and fostering a positive work environment. This role plays a key part in building a strong organizational culture and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Conduct background verification and reference checks.
Manage onboarding and employee orientation programs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
Build a positive workplace culture through engagement activities.
Implement retention strategies to reduce attrition.
3. HR Policies & Compliance
Develop and update HR policies as per labor laws.
Ensure statutory compliance and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
4. Performance Management & Training
Manage performance appraisal processes.
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
Conduct HR training on soft skills, leadership, and communication.
5. Payroll & Compensation
Support payroll processing and salary records.
Manage attendance, leave, and benefits.
Handle rewards, incentives, and employee welfare programs.
6. HR Strategy & Planning
Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Support management in workforce planning.
Suggest improvements to HR processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0–5 years of HR experience (Recruitment & Operations preferred).
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced tools preferred).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
