Job Title: HR ExecutiveDepartment: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager / Head HR

Job SummaryThe HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance & leave management, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies. The role ensures smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & OnboardingHandle end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters)
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
  • Manage employee onboarding and induction programs
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
  • 2. Employee Records & DocumentationMaintain employee files (personal, academic, experience documents)
  • Update HR databases and employee records regularly
  • Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, ID cards, and relieving letters
  • 3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll SupportMonitor attendance, late marks, and leave records
  • Coordinate with payroll team/vendor for salary processing
  • Address payroll-related employee queries
  • Maintain statutory records (PF, ESI, gratuity if applicable)
  • 4. Employee RelationsAct as a point of contact for employee HR-related concerns
  • Support grievance handling and conflict resolution
  • Promote a healthy and professional work culture
  • 5. HR Policies & ComplianceAssist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
  • Support audits and inspections when required
  • 6. Performance & EngagementAssist in performance appraisal processes
  • Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events
  • Track probation and confirmation status
  • 7. Exit ManagementConduct exit formalities and exit interviews
  • Ensure clearance process and final settlement coordination
  • Maintain attrition and exit reports
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience as HR Executive or HR Generalist
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in school/education sector (if applicable)
  • Familiarity with HRMS software
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
