HR Recruiter (Commission Based)

Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in HR Franchise Business Expansion

Income: Rs. 20,000/- to Rs.80,000/- and above based on performance

Work Summary: We are urgently hiring a dynamic and result-oriented HR Franchise Expansion Manager to lead and expand our franchise network across India. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in franchise development, business expansion, and lead generation—particularly within sectors like HR Recruitment, Digital Marketing, Print & Electronic Media, and Government Assistance Services (GST, Income Tax, etc.).

• Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and close new franchise business opportunities across India.
• Generate and manage leads for potential franchise partners through various channels such as telemarketing, digital marketing, networking, and events.
• Conduct business presentations and explain the franchise model to potential investors.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute regional franchise promotion campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and ensure business performance.
• Prepare market analysis and expansion strategies for new territories and industry verticals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
• Stay updated with competitors’ activities and market trends to enhance the franchise proposition.
• Desired Candidate Profile:Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
• Proven experience in franchise development, channel sales, or business expansion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English (knowledge of other regional languages is an added advantage).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets under deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead-generation platforms.
