• Key Responsibilities
• Source and attract top talent using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking events tailored to local Telugu-speaking markets
• Collaborate with hiring managers to draft precise job descriptions, understand requirements, and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video/in-person interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, cultural fit, and multilingual proficiency.
• Coordinate interview schedules, aptitude tests, and reference checks while maintaining an organized candidate database or ATS.
• Negotiate offers, facilitate onboarding, and provide regular updates/reports on metrics like time-to-fill and placements achieved.
• RequirementsProven experience in HR recruitment or staffing (1-3 years preferred), with a track record of successful placements in competitive markets.
• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (spoken and written) to handle diverse regional candidates and clients effectively.
• Strong communication, organizational, and networking skills; familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and local platforms.
• Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset, comfortable in a commission-only structure rewarding high-volume, quality hires
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace; bonus for experience in rural/urban staffing or print media sectors.

Compensation & Benefits Purely commission-based: Earn up to ₹50,000/month based on placements (e.g., tiered commissions per hire, recurring revenue from long-term staffing).
