Role OverviewAs an In-Store Experience Associate, you are the face of Ornami at our partner retail stores. You will be responsible for successfully onboarding jewelry retail shops onto the Ornami platform, ensuring seamless deployment of VTO devices, and creating vibrant, memorable experiences for both store staff and end consumers. This is a field-based role where you will spend 1-2 weeks at each store location, training employees, engaging with customers, gathering feedback, and ensuring every touchpoint delivers the magic of AI-powered jewelry try-on.

Key Responsibilities Store Onboarding & Setup : This is field based role places you at store locations (1-2 weeks max per each new store onboarding) Or work from our Ornami Experience Center helping customers/sales - Hyderabad ( Kondapur, Silpa Park location )

•      Lead end-to-end onboarding of retail jewelry stores onto the Ornami platform

•      Coordinate device installation, configuration, and ensure optimal placement for customer engagement

•      Conduct quality checks to ensure VTO devices are functioning at peak performance

•      Document store-specific configurations and troubleshoot initial setup issues

Ensure smooth set-up, hands-on training/demos, customer/consumer engagement and create truly memorable in-store experiences with our AI/Virtual-Try-On devices.

Staff Training & Enablement

•      Train jewelry store sales staff on using VTO devices effectively with customers

•      Create confidence among staff to independently demonstrate and promote VTO technology

•      Develop simple, easy-to-follow training materials in local language (Telugu)

•      Ensure knowledge transfer is complete before transitioning to the next store

Consumer Experience & Engagement

•      Proactively engage customers entering the store and guide them to the VTO experience

•      Create excitement and demonstrate the value of virtual try-on in the jewelry buying journey

•      Ensure every customer interaction is smooth, fun, and memorable

•      Act as a brand ambassador, generating buzz and positive word-of-mouth

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

•      Collect structured feedback from store staff and consumers on VTO experience

•      Document what is working well and identify areas for product/experience improvement

•      Escalate critical issues to the product and support teams promptly

•      Contribute insights to help shape the next generation of VTO experiences

Issue Resolution & Support

•      Provide first-line support for any device or software issues during the onboarding period

•      Work closely with the Ornami support team to resolve technical problems

•      Ensure special attention for our first 25+ partner stores—these are priority accounts

Required Qualifications•      Education: Bachelor's degree completed OR currently in final year/semester (internship opportunity available)

•      Language: Fluency in Telugu is mandatory; proficiency in English and Hindi preferred

•      Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills—clear, calm, and confident

•      Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn SaaS products and VTO technology (medium complexity) and translate features into simple, customer-friendly language

•      Customer Obsession: Genuine passion for creating outstanding customer experiences

•      Mobility: Willingness to travel between store locations within the assigned region

Work Environment

•      This is NOT a work-from-home position. You will be based at partner retail jewelry stores or at the Ornami Experience Center.

•      Typical deployment: 1-2 weeks per store, then rotate to the next location

•      Work hours aligned with retail store open hours (varies by store)

•      You must be comfortable working with VTO devices including 43" Standy displays and tablets
