Mode: Work from Office

Working days: 6 days working (Saturday - Sunday mandatory working)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with upcoming

talents, including actors, models, and kid models, ensuring long-term engagement.

2. Artist Acquisition: Drive efforts to on board new artists by identifying and closing

deals with emerging talent.

3. Brand Awareness & Promotion: Effectively communicate Castyou's mission and

services, providing a clear understanding of the company’s value proposition. This

includes delivering an indirect sales pitch to promote our products and services.

4. Client Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align artist talent with

client needs, ensuring a seamless connection between talents and brands.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey information clearly and

persuasively to diverse audiences.

2. Professional Presence: Well-presented with the ability to represent the company in a

professional manner.

3. Self-Starter: Proactive, with a strong drive to initiate and follow through on tasks.

4. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

5. Sales Experience ( Mandatory): Prior experience in sales is a significant advantage
