🧾 Job Description:We are hiring an experienced Telecaller – Investment Process to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in investment-related calling and a passion for guiding clients through financial product offerings.

• ✅ Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential investors and explain investment products
• Educate clients on mutual funds, fixed deposits, SIPs, bonds, etc.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound/inbound calls
• Ensure regular follow-ups and maintain accurate records in the CRM
• Assist clients with onboarding, documentation, and investment procedures
• Collaborate with the advisory/sales team for advanced queries
• Ensure compliance and maintain service quality standards
• 👤 Candidate Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO/investment/finance-related telecalling
• Strong knowledge of investment products (MFs, SIPs, Bonds, FDs)
• Fluency in Hindi & English is mandatory (both required – no exceptions)
• Strong objection handling and conversion skills
• Proficiency in CRM usage & MS Office tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Female candidates preferred
