🧾 Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic leaders to build and mentor a high-performing team of insurance advisors. This role focuses on recruiting experienced professionals (especially retired individuals and senior executives) into the agency channel and driving strong B2C performance.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Recruit seasoned professionals such as retired bankers, teachers, and corporate leaders.

Train, mentor, and develop advisors for high productivity.

Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct field training and joint client meetings.

Provide leadership support and handle escalated customer concerns.

Build a culture of ethical selling and long-term customer value.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2+ years experience in sales or team management.

MDRT certification preferred (added advantage).

Strong leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills.

Goal-oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.
