📌 Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, recruiting and training advisors, and ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of life insurance advisors
• Recruit & manage 5–10 advisors per month
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Drive individual and team sales targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA regulations
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance tracking, and motivation
• Build and manage a high-performance sales culture

✅ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales or Channel Partner Management
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and regulations
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage sales teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
