Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager – Agency Channel to drive life insurance business by recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of insurance advisors. The role focuses on agency development, business generation, and team productivity.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard minimum 10 quality insurance advisors/agents.
• Train advisors on life insurance products, sales techniques, compliance, and customer handling.
• Drive new business generation through the agency channel.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets through effective agency management.
• Monitor agent performance and ensure consistent productivity.
• Support agents in closing key cases and building long-term client relationships.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and compliance norms.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and business reviews.
• Eligibility CriteriaExperience in Life Insurance – Agency Channel preferred.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and sales processes.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead a sales team.
